Everything what you do is a practice or can become one. The question is if you are present to what you are doing. It is a matter of your attention. How do you attend to your everyday activities? How you are doing things, and not only what you are doing. Re-turning your attention to the realm of your body is the key. Becoming present to what is happening within yourself, what you are sensing, feeling, and understanding. Seeing it as an image and responding to its necessity.
